The national Association for the blind celebrated All India Flag Day for the blind on 14^th Sep 2019 which normally celebrate every year. Dr. Nitin Sumant Shah, president of NAB, had been invited to attend this programme and he had supported to appreciate the talent of blind and disabled people. There were performance by 17 team’s people with disability and presentation of awards which were sponsored by Shah Investors Home Ltd. This programme had felicitation ceremonies for Padmashri awardee Smt. MuktabenDangli for receiving Padmshri award, Dr. Nitin Sumant Shah, Chairman of HFRI for supporting World Peace Rally and Mr. Samir Kakkad, First Specially abled person for longest self car driving from Ahmedabad (India) to London (UK). Dr. Kirit Solanki - Member of Parliament, Shri JitendrabhaiVaghani – President BJP, Gujarat Region and Ms. Lara & Ms. Tanya Balsara – Madison Resource Foundation - Mumbai had attended this programme as guests of honor to spread awareness about the art of blind and disabled people and to motivate to enhance their skills in the same field.
