DaanUtsav 2013, 2014 & 2015

Dr. Nitin Sumant Shah, Managing Trustee of Nitin Charitable Trust and Heart Foundation & Research Institute supported the celebration of the joy of giving week which is a “festival of giving” and a national movement with the aim of raising funds by giving money, time, skills, and resources to needy people. He had been given a certificate of generous giver and felicitated for participating in the event “Food for Change” in 2013 & 2014 at GMDC Ground, Ahmedabad on 6th Oct 2013 and 8th Oct 2014 respectively. – a celebration of the joy of giving week organised to represent the culinary talent and skills of hotels as well as the work is done by NGOs in Ahmedabad by Blind people’s Association, Sense International India with support from other NGOs. This event was a great place to exchange the talent and skills with other participating industries and raise funds by giving either money or expertise. This fund helped to educate a child, provided shelter to the elderly, rehabilitation center for mentally ill homeless women, and reached out to several underprivileged people. For a noble cause and support, HFRI and NCT got awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for sponsoring the event of food for change in 2015. Dr. Nitin Shah also received an accolade for his Hattrick Support over three years to the food for change on 2nd Oct 2015 at The Lawns, Gujarat University Convention Centre, Ahmedabad.
